I was pretty set on getting the size small, but at the time I didn't have a job so I had to put off any expensive purchases for a while. Now that I'm fully employed again and can finally splurge a little the size small in Nude is sold out on the Gucci website! The Gucci is quite small and I struggle to fit the bare necessities. Whereas the Alma holds more and I find the zipper top opening far easier to operate than getting in and out of the Gucci. If you like the look of the Marmont and colour choice, I have the yellow one, I think you should get the medium size. Good luck.

I can fit an iPhone 6s Plus, lv zippy wallet, I have a bulgy 6 key ring holder with a big car remote fob hanging out of it and a ysl lipstick. If you have seen the LV Eva clutch, the mini marmont fits more than the Eva clutch. I’m torn between the Gucci Dionysus super mini and the Valentino Rockstud crossbody. The Dionysus looks so chic but I’m worried it won’t hold my phone (iPhone 11 pro) whereas the Valentino is much more spacious but looks more casual to me. I also thought about the Marmont mini camera bag but I already have it in black so wanted something new.

I too went with the small in black. While I agree that I like the look of the Soho and Mini's proportions better, I can honestly say this is more usable due to the extra length. I simply love the look of it - quite edgy. I wasn't sure about the brass vs. gold but I like it after using it. I. I have the small Loulou, and the Lou camera bag, and I much prefer the clean, classic chevron on the YSL to the much busier chevron/waves on the Gucci. I also agree with some of the pp that the Loulou seems like more of a classic than the Gucci - definitely due in part to the ubiquitousness, and again, the pattern (IMO).
